Our mission is to provide high-quality consulting and stakeholder engagement services in support of infrastructure improvements, natural resource development, community planning, and energy projects across rural Alaska.
E3 Environmental, LLC was started by Calista Corporation in May 2012 to meet the energy, engineering and environmental needs of the Calista region and to serve clients throughout Alaska. The E3 team has a deep bench of experience with projects touching rural communities across the state, including connections with tribal and local governments, NGOs, regulatory agencies, and Native-speaking communities. Outreach strategies are tailored to meet unique Alaskan conditions and build stakeholder buy-in. From an understanding of subsistence calendars to facilitating project-effective local hire, E3 can assist your project with fostering and maintaining good-will among stakeholders for the life of the project. We have successfully facilitated public involvement for both large and small projects, including work with Oil and Gas projects, DOT & PF, Alaska Railroad Corporation, and Tribal Planners state-wide.
Key staff at E3 have planned, coordinated, and facilitated all aspects of stakeholder outreach for communities in Alaska from Barrow to Nikiski and Kwigillingok to Cantwell. E3 has guided projects through essential regulatory analysis and permit strategies to ensure well-planned and comprehensive documents. As a Native-owned subsidiary and small business we fully understand and appreciate the many unique challenges of doing work in Alaska and will capitalize on our unique expertise in Stakeholder Engagement to support future development within the state.
